Cedar Springs Eye Clinic is an inner-city satellite clinic of the University of Houston College of Optometry.  It is a cooperative effort with several partners including the University of Houston College of Optometry, Cedar Springs Vision (a 501(c)3 organization), and the Dallas Housing Authority. Our clinic strives to provide premium, full-scope optometric care by offering primary eye care, pathology management, specialty contact lenses, low vision services, and an independent optical service.
We take every form of insurance (including Medicare and Medicaid) as full payment. Low cost care is available and no patient is denied care due to inability to pay. With appropriate documentation, discounts are given to Dallas Housing Authority residents. Se habla espanol un poco.

We accept most Medicare and Medicaid plans. Please bring your Medicare card or Medicaid services sheet to your appointment. If a patient is unable to pay fees not covered by Medicare, our staff will help determine if you qualify for a financial waiver for these fees.
