Dr. Diane N. Sayah is a licensed optometrist with expertise in scleral biomechanics in myopia and glaucoma. She obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Montreal and was awarded a full scholarship for her PhD on Ocular biomechanics research at the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital (University of Montreal). She then worked as a research fellow at the Harvard Retinal Imaging Lab (Massachusetts Eye and Ear) in myopia and neurodegenerative diseases imaging.

Dr. Sayah is an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in Optometry and the director of the Sayah Vision Lab at the University of Houston College of Optometry.
