Completion of the Optometry Centralized OptomCAS Application > 
Applicants who apply through OptomCAS submit a completed web-based application comprised of biographical data, colleges and universities attended, academic course history, recommendations, work experience, extracurricular activities, honors, and a personal essay. 

It may take 4-6 weeks after submission for the OptomCAS application to be verified; therefore, the OptomCAS application should be submitted before February's deadline.
