Our Physicians and staff at the University of Houston College of Optometry Surgery Center is committed to maintaning an environment in which patients not only receive the best quality care, but also the highest level of service.  Our staff works to continuously improve quality and service by focusing on the processes that are important in meeting the needs of patients and their families.  In UHCO Surgery Centers' continuing effort to improve our patient care, we would like to get any comments, suggestions and/or complaints to ensure we are providing the best patient care we strive to achieve.

Patient Satisfaction Survey:

After your procedure you will be notified by email or you will be handed a patient satisfaction survey at discharge.  Please complete it and return it within 14 days after your procedure.  Your input is valuable and necessary to ensure that we are providing level of quality care we strive to achieve.

Complaints, Suggestions, or Concerns:

Any complaints, suggestions or concerns may be directed to the Surgery Center Administrator at (713) 743-7140.  If the UHCO Surgery Center does not provide you with an acceptable resolution, you may submit your complaints to:
