We strive to care for the population who cannot otherwise afford eye care. We do not require patients to file paperwork regarding financial or legal status. Low cost care is available and no patient is denied care due to inability to pay.

We accept most Medicare and Medicaid plans. Please bring your Medicare card or Medicaid services sheet to your appointment. If a patient is unable to pay fees not covered by Medicare, our staff will help determine if you qualify for a financial waiver for these fees.
Our doctors and staff provide all care in English, however there may be a Spanish translator available on a limited basis. If a patient feels more comfortable only communicating in Spanish, it would be best to bring a family member or friend who can help translate.
If patients of the Cedar Springs Eye Clinic have difficulty affording eye medications, we do offer a Prescription Assistance Program at no charge for many medications. Your doctor will discuss the details of this program at your appointment.
