Application for admission from OptomCAS and the UHCO Supplemental Application will be accepted starting July 1st through February 28th prior to the fall semester in which the applicant expects to enter. All supporting credentials must be received in the UHCO Office of Optometry Relations by March 15th prior to the semester in which the applicant expects to enter. It may take 4-6 weeks after submission of the OptomCAS application to be verified by OptomCAS; therefore, the OptomCAS application should be submitted well before UHCO’s February 15th deadline.
You will need your OptomCAS ID to complete the supplemental application.
Completed applications with all required documentation should be submitted between October 1 and February 1 preceding the fall semester of expected entrance. After you establish your account on CollegeNet, you can check the status of your application, upload required materials, including your resume or CV, research statement and writing samples, as well as update your contact information as needed. Application decisions will be communicated by email.
