The University Eye Institute accepts most Medicare and Medicaid plans, Blue Cross / Blue Shield plans, VSP, and various other vision and insurance programs.
Verification of your plan benefits / coverage is required before your appointment. If required by your insurance or vision plan, please obtain the necessary referrals or authorizations from your primary care doctor prior to your appointment.
Payment of co-insurance, co-payments, deductibles, or non-covered services, when applicable, is required at the time of service.
