The University of Houston College of Optometry will be utilizing OptomCAS, the optometry centralized application service for the academic year 2010-2011.

Please be aware that, in addition to the OptomCAS application, applicants will be required to fill out a UHCO Supplemental Application. Applicants will be provided with a link and password to UHCO’s supplemental application when their OptomCAS application is submitted.
Also note that UHCO requires that two of the letters of recommendation that are sent to OptomCAS be academic letters of recommendation, i.e. the letters must be from faculty who has directly taught the applicant.
